About The Author

Welcome to my website and thank you for visiting. It’s hard to believe I’ve finally reached this stage. My intellectual journey started as a young boy reading the Tolkien novels. The adventures of Bilbo and Frodo opened my imagination to the “What if’s” and “Why’s” for the 12-year old world I lived in. As I matured, these simple questions ended in increasingly complex answers that helped make sense of the things around, and within me. Until one night in my adolescence while sitting out watching the stars, life’s bigger questions came into focus. Questions such as “Why are we here,” and “what does the human existence mean.” Since then, I’ve laid in bed many a night contemplating the expanse of space, the energy contained within, the potential origins of such a creation and how it all ties to a small living energy floating on a chunk of rock at the edge of the Milky Way. Over time, the answers to these questions (and more) eventually coalesced until one day in 2015, an idea hit: “I should write these things down through a story.” The Immortals of Light series is the result of this lifelong curiosity.

 

About me, I live a very happy life in Alabama with the greatest family ever. I’m an outdoor enthusiast, who when not traveling enjoys hiking, golf, tennis, dinosaur fossil hunting (yes – that’s right), and writing… a lot of writing, with a crazy orange cat named Lebowski watching me… He’s always watching me. 

 

I hope you enjoy reading the Immortals of Light novels as much as I’ve enjoyed writing them. It’s been a journey of discovery both intellectually and spiritually. The pages within contain a big part of my life and my philosophy. I’d also be remiss if I didn’t thank those who helped me get here, there’s too many to name but you know who you are. My eternal gratitude!
